Health Homes & Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
I developed this identity for the NH Department of Health and Human Services’ Healthy Homes Program. The logo’s landscape reflects New England’s older housing stock, a significant source of childhood lead exposure in New Hampshire, while the bright sunrise symbolizes hope for a future free from lead poisoning and its long-term effects on children and communities.
I extended the identity into the program’s annual at-a-glance data brief, using elements of the logo as a recognizable graphic device in the header to reinforce brand recognition. The data-heavy content is organized into digestible sections through thoughtful data visualization, illustrations, and clear information hierarchy, making complex health information more accessible and engaging for the reader.
