I served as Graphic Designer and Project Director for the development and publication of Happy, Healthy Lead-Free Me!, an educational board book created to help families understand the dangers of lead poisoning and the steps they can take to keep children safe. I oversaw the project from concept through publication, collaborating directly with freelance illustrators, web designers, and the board book manufacturer to bring the project to life. I also directed the development of the accompanying website and supporting promotional materials.

The publication received national attention and is now distributed through Cribs for Kids, LLC, in nine languages, expanding its reach to families and communities across the country.

To support the book’s promotion and distribution, I developed a range of print and digital materials, including conference banners, book-ordering cards, email marketing campaigns, and postcards for the State of New Hampshire to distribute to pediatricians and nurses. Each piece was designed to make the resource easy to discover, order, and share within healthcare and community settings.
